Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligible returns must meet the following criteria:

• Item is in brand new, unused, uninstalled condition.
• Item includes all original packaging, hardware, and accessories.
• Return must be authorized (RMA required). Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Special Order, Electrical, Electronic, Software-Based, and Made-to-Order items cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This covers manufacturer return penalties, inspection, and repackaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical or electronic components
• ECU tuners, programmers, modules, and software products
• Custom-built or made-to-order parts
• Fluids, oils, additives, and chemicals
• Any item showing signs of installation, test-fit, or use

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method minus:

• 25% restocking fee
• Original outbound shipping charges
• Return label cost (if provided by us)

Incorrect or Damaged Items

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please include photos of:

• The item
• All packaging
• The shipping label

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available based on manufacturer availability. Customer is responsible for exchange shipping unless the product was incorrect or defective.
